Anthony Cyr joined Moulton Claim Service in 1993 when it was just a two-man operation. His experience is unmatched and has secured a lasting client base due to his detailed technical investigations and reporting of property, general liability, personal, commercial auto and professional liability claims. Anthony’s reputation is built on personalized, focused attention to the analysis and resolution of both simple and complex claims. He has spoken to professional groups on various subjects including claims handling techniques and medical record documentation.
In 1998, Greg Martin joined Moulton Claim Service and enjoys assisting MCS clients in whatever capacity they require. His 35 years of experience in claims administration, investigation, negotiation and litigation management make him highly sought-after. Greg’s extensive background allows him to handle the most complex claims. Greg works with clients involved in claims arising out of many disciplines including medical malpractice, construction defect, commercial general liability, auto/trucking liability and intellectual property disputes.
Your project is never “farmed out” to another company. Assignments are handled in-house by Gail Barbier or John Friedman. Gail Barbier has over 20 years of claims experience. Her experience includes general liability, workers’ compensation, and personal and commercial lines. Gail has a loyal following among her clients that speaks to Gail’s dedication. Gail has been with Moulton Claim Service since October of 2005.
John Friedman offers over 25 years of experience handling property and liability claims, 21 years at a major personal lines carrier. His duties as a staff claims person included supervision of property and liability claims. He has been with MCS since February of 2005. His expertise includes adjusting fire, water, hail and construction defect claims. He has broad skills in managing auto and general liability claims as well.
Pam Malone McReynolds
Pam Malone McReynolds, R.N. contributes nearly 20 years of nursing experience to MCS. She began her career as a surgical intensive care nurse and has since held various positions in nursing administration and case management. She has researched medical cases in depth for the past 6 years and most recently became a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant. In addition to providing advice and serving as a resource in-house, Pam also provides our clients with medical records summaries and utilization reviews. Her guidance on the necessity of a claimant’s treatment is always appreciated and valuable.
Teri Shonsey joined the Moulton Claim Service team in 2005, offering multifaceted office support and comprehensive communication/work-product services to the adjusters. In addition, Teri draws on her Marketing Degree to ensure that the highest level of customer service and satisfaction is achieved in our external contacts.
Ann Martin has been with Moulton Claim Service for 15 years and handles the client communication, invoicing and bookkeeping duties. In addition to a variety of management roles, Ann also plays a critical part in leading the company marketing efforts.
